Review Notes: Burn and draw were both good. The flavors are pretty average; the most exciting part of this cigar is a little pepper. Besides that, it is mostly a mild tobacco and toast. This wouldn't be bad with a morning cup of coffee, but not a good evening smoke.

Review Notes: To me, this is exactly what comes to mind when I think of a mild cigar that has enough character to keep things interesting. A very nice Conn. shade wrapper helps this cigar to burn perfectly all the way down to the nub. A burst of pepper upon lighting that evolves into a creamy and nutty finish keeps me coming back for more. I'm not a big fan of milder cigars, but the Gold has enough "oomph" to it that I work it in my daily rotation. I paid $32.00 for a box on a bid site, that's crazy cheap. They also age very well.

Review Notes: Overall, these were a bit of a let down. Not spectacular, yet not offensive. The type of smoke that fits the bill when you are looking for a no brainer, mild, one dimensional cigar to chomp down on.

Review Notes: The sticks I bought are actually the Double Nickels (5.5 x 50) and box pressed. Very well made. Easy draw. Even burn. Lovely smell before lighting and very aromatic throughout smoking. Smooth, almost sweet. Nice finish.

Review Notes: I was a little skeptical of this smoke as it is a house brand but I was surprised that for a mild to medium bodied cigar it had more flavor than I expected. Not that this would rank among my favorite smokes, but I would definitely have one again if I was looking for a relaxing mellow cigar. It had hints of nuts and some spice build up toward the end. Fairly smooth throughout and the burn was just about perfect. In the mild category, I would say it was more flavorful than a Macanudo and just as smooth.
