Review Notes:
I like a mild smoke first thing in the morning, but not too mild, and this cigar fits the bill. The wrapper is a thin and delicate Conn., and the const. is first rate. A blast of pepper upon lighting quickly settles down into a creamy and nutty profile with hints of cedar. For me, this is a mild to medium strength cigar, exl. with a cup of coffee. If you've never tried the Gold, grab a 5-pack, for around $3.00 a stick you can't go wrong.

Review Notes:
This cigar's presentation is great for a $2-3 cigar. The wrapper looked nearly perfect with no imperfections or large veins. The draw was good and it burned perfectly requiring no touch ups. The smoke it produced was decent in volume - not too thin but not thick.
As for the flavor, I got notes of earthiness, toast, and a hint of coffee at times. This was drinking a glass of pinot grigio and then water. Overall a great value if you need something cheap to smoke.

Review Notes:
Very good mild smoke (if that is what you like)Had about 10 of these in the humi for about 1 year and they did improve a bunch.Mild but interesting clean burn though I have found the wrappers are a little fragile.A great stick for friends new to cigars or if you just don't want a power house smoke.

Review Notes:
Needless to say, this is a very mild cigar, potentially boring for those expecting more but not distasteful in any way. This cigar's flavor is as mild as its body, which is rather enjoyable. The same goes for its creamy and smooth aroma. As with many other Connecticut wraps, this is not a complex cigar. It is, however, well balanced and produces enough smoke to fill the palate--though not enough to offer much finish.

Review Notes:
Been wanting to try these since I do enjoy a good mild cigar. Many reviews had stated that this smoke had almost no flavor, but I wanted to see for myself. Verdict: TRUE. This cigar is to the smoking world what Michelob Ultra is to the beer world. Beautiful yellow wrapper, flawless burn, and nice draw with lots of smoke - but....seriously...it's like smoking air. I kept hoping it'd develop some character after a few inches. I even began exhaling through my nose to help it along, but nothing. Next I'll try the new Gurkha Park Avenue - for around the same price.
