Review Notes:Let me start by saying that I am a Drew Estates smoker. I say this to let everyone know that I am not a "natural" cigar snob. I love th Tabak Especial and the KubaKuba. This cigar....nope not at all. The aroma smelled like a Kuba would (unlit). And It looked pretty. Those are the only nice things I can say about this cigar. The lit aroma was bland. The flavor went from harsh, to ok, to non-existent, then leveling off at bland. It was just like I had a generic cigar with a bar code stamped on it. Especially for this price, i highly do NOT recommend.

Review Notes:I am offended that the average rating on this cigar is a 5.44. The Liquid is a great cigar that is very smooth. I have never smoked one and been dissapointed after.

Review Notes:I have to retract my earlier review of about 16 months ago. Evidently I was smoking something else, because I've smoked three more Liquids since then and they are all the same. They are not first tier cigars like I rated them. Actually they have a great aroma, like many Acids, but the taste is more traditional. In fact, to me, they have the same flavor as the Palma Real Torpedo, which is cedar. The problem is that for the Palma Real your paying about a sixth (or less) of what the Liquid costs. In these tough economic times, I just can't justify that.

Review Notes:I can certainly see how someone would hate this cigar. But, damn, I loved it. It's smell gives me a strange nostalgia for Scandinavian women I used drool over when stationed in Iceland. I know thats about has shallow and possibly sexist as it can get, but I'll be damned if this cigar doesn't bring back some very good memories. Lusty and spicy on the nose. Yet the flavor is almost kind of like a nut brown ale that slowly turns to sort of musty basement taste. And, the musty basement taste is the best part! The cool thing is the wife doesn't mind the smell. A great compromise for lighting up a great smoke in the basement during winter. Certainly not a smoke to fire up when your going for an old school rich tobacco profile. My only complaint is that it burnt kind of fast, lasting less then 25 minutes. Whats up with that?

Review Notes:i haven't smoked one of these yet, but i saw a deal on JR or thompson and i gotta say--this has to be the most controversial smoke on here. the only acid i've ever tired is the blondie, and coming from someone who's not huge on flavored cigars (funny, since i started on flavored's), it wasn't bad at all. wouldn't pay full price for it again, but at a discount or a gift? i'm all-in. different from your typical fruity or sweet cigars, and when you're in the mood for something different it's very enjoyable. Look--if you dont like flavored cigars dont buy 'em, lol. after reading this i'm definitely not going to buy a box, but now i'm SO intrigued that i'm gonna HAVE TO go to my local spot try one out. in my experience, flavored cigars are good when you're getting drunk; not when you're enjoying a fine glass of port. CAO's flavored line isn't bad when you're in that mood, especially the eilene's dream. and without a doubt, if you wanna smoke in the house without the third degree from the wife--the blondie is by far the way to go (Java by D.E. fits that mold as well). my numbers below are just the mid on everything, since i haven't actually tried one. i'll get back to you's if i pick one up.
