Review Notes:Hard feel, but easy draw. Strong body & nicotine. Uneven burn, a large canoe formed .3 of the way in and continued the rest of the way. Flavor was pepper to start, then leathery tobacco.
Nice aroma throughout. Midway unpleasant aftertaste developed. Overall, I would rather smoke a $3 Padron Londres.

Review Notes:Hard feel to it presmoke, but easy draw. Strong body & nicotine. Uneven burn, formed a dugout canoe for entire smoke (poorly made or poorly stored?). The flavor started off with a hit of pepper, then turned to a pleasant leathery tobacco. Nice aroma throughout. Midway, an unpleasant aftertaste developed. Overall, I would rather smoke a $3 Padron Londres. Therefore, since I paid $8 for this cigar from Holts, I would only recommend buying and trying this Imperator at the $2 mark.
