Review Notes:I got a box of these on special, though special they are not. The construction method is OK, but the materials aren't. The wrappers are very rough and full of veins.
Despite blowing them out, I always seem to get a mouth full of grit. The bitter taste is always there and is unpleasant. It mellows during the middle, but the seed is planted, so to speak.
In the "other notes" category, I remove my bands prior to smoking, and these consistently refuse to come off without tearing.
No more for me.

Review Notes:The title for this one says it all. This one tasted like a stale cigarette with poor aftertaste. It will leave you with a scratchy throat too. Glad I only grabbed a 5 pack. The burn was fine though, to be fair.

Review Notes: Smoked 1 on arrival to see if it had any power, it does. Let the rest set in the humidor. At 30 days, OK smoke, bad aftertaste. At 60 days not much flavor, still bad aftertaste. At 90 days I'm wondering why I keep wasting space in the humidor on these as there has been no marked improvement, or mellowing. Have smoked 6 so far, will take these out when the Bering smokers are around.

Review Notes: Bought a box from JR's weekly special. Twenty- four impressive looking stogies nestled in black laquer box. Constuction is very firm with small veins. Difficult draw at first but settled out after 1/2". Had a hint of dark chocolate and cashew, a little milder that I was expecting. Burned straight and had nice white ash, although it got a little hot and heavy near the end. Smoked three so far, will let remainder hibernate in the humidor.
