Review Notes: Received a couple of these from trading a few weeks back and finally had a couple of free hours today to enjoy one. Not the prettiest looking smoke Fuente makes. Wrapper was a little veiny and had some bumps on it. Had an odd toothy/waxy texture to it as well. Gave it a snip, lit up and got to work. Flavors in the first 1/3 were cedar with touches of pepper and spice. 2/3 brought in some creaminess on the finish. Last third would have the occasional taste of dark chocolate and coffee. This may sound like a complex smoke but a short finish keeps it from being that. Still great none the less. Draw started out rather tight but loosened up nicely after about an inch and a half. Burn was near perfect but needed one correction to prevent tunneling. This is a long smoke, took me a little over an hour and a half from light up to less than an inch left. Overall, this is an awesome cigar, though the price tag may turn some people away. I've seen these go for as much as 25+ dollars a stick. However I feel this is one instance where you just bite the bullet and go for it, that is if you can find them.

Review Notes: Smooth and sweet with lots of cedar and an irresistible aroma. The draw is firm, but effective, and it burns perfectly all the way. Very little aftertaste up until the last third, then the char starts to build. It's not as complex as I hoped -- the flavors remain pretty much the same throughout the duration of the cigar -- but the basic character of the cigar carries it the distance. Gentler than the Opus, but equally elegant. Just don't look at the price tag.

Review Notes: A very good long lasting smoke. it is one of the best in the line of the anejo line I still think the shark is the best but very hard to find. Every time I smoke one of these i'm thank-ful that I have a reserve in my box.

Review Notes: this long cigar smoked excellently all the way through. One of the few cigars that starts out tasting wonderfully and never lets down. first half the cedary hints were prominent, but the last half gained a little in strength and I was hit with full flavor from a consistent and complex smoke. Burn was impeccable and enjoyable.
