Review Notes: This is my second review of the Double Robusto after aging 6 of my box for an additional 9 months or so...and they have become even more brilliant. This is such a decadent cigar, as the size just assures that you will be enjoying the next 1 1/2 hours immensely. The wrapper is dark, veiny and richly textured. The construction is superb. The flavor profile is deep, mysterious and complex. Spice on the finish and it lingers on your palate...but not too long. Burns beautifully and the taste was consistent down to the nub. They are truly world class and can hold their own against just about any top tier smoke. Well done, Fuente.

Review Notes: A slightly oily wrapper covers this solid, well-made cigar. It has a slightly firm draw but considering how densely packed this stick is the draw is actually pretty good. Consistent burn too, with a nice cone of gray ash. This is a tasty cigar filled with mellow wood, dark tea, and an almost coconut-like sweetness. Not a spice bomb, it's a rich, smooth, and mellow smoke. It's not cheap, but it's one of the finest.

Review Notes: Another winner from Fuente...I actually prefer the Hemingways, and at the price the B&M had on this stick ($10.99), I will be smoking a lot more Hemingways. Near perfect burn, a little tighter draw than most Fuentes but that could have been the humidification. Tasty earthy flavors, just a bit expensive.

Review Notes: We get so few opportunities to really experience greatness...and after buying a box of these, I can look forward to many evenings on the patio enjoying this bad ass stick. More flavorful and complex than a Hemingway (which I love, too)...this is a GREAT special occasion cigar. Not $20+ like the Padron 26s or the high end Davidoffs...but for $10, I get 1 1/2 hours of ectasy. Beautiful...
