Review Notes: This one hell of a nice little smoke. Flavors of coffee leather oak and a touch of spice. Very well constructed, a slight tight draw though. Over all this is a quality smoke.

Review Notes: This was a nice little cigar, perfectly rolled and constructed. It burned perfectly, with a dense, dark ash. The first taste was light and airy, but soon I discovered why Mr. Fuente named it “short story”. Once the burn reached the thickest part of the cigar, the body and flavor opened up, and revealed a complex mix of anise, clove, and spice, which mellowed into leather and cedar by the finish. This was an enjoyable smoke, and perfect if you only have 20 minutes between engagements. Definitely recommended.

Review Notes: I remember when these were the toast of the town and hard to find like Padron Anniversarios are now. Kick ass contruction. The ash burns in the perfect shape of the cigar and chalky white at that. 3/4 ash before it broke off. Nice draw, hints of coffee and leather. This cigar is good on time.

Review Notes: A very good smoke, one fo the better Fuentes. But, don't be fooled by its size. This will give you a nice long smoke, despite its "short" stature.

Review Notes: This is an absolutely wonderful smoke!! Beautiful light brown wrapper with medium veins, attractive shape, and solid construction without soft spots. Easy light and smooth draw the whole way down without canoeing or tunneling. Started with cedar and added some oak with a hint of vanilla, especially towards the middle. Not harsh or bitter, but very mature and mellow. Excellent aftertaste. Lasted 30-40 minutes, and loved every minute of it! Had a LaP Perfecto #3 Cameroon this a.m. while walking the dog (a similar "short smoke"), and this blew the socks off of that one! I would highly recommend this one, and my ratings/recommendations are very tough. Tried to buy a box but my local wouldn't part with one of the two he had. If I can get my hands on more, will definitely make it into my daily rotation.
