Review Notes: Very dark oscuro wrapper which is contrasted nicely with the white band. The wrapper is a bit rough looking and oily. Nicely applied cap. The prelight aroma is somewhat loamy. Initial draw provides a heavy earth and loam flavor with a touch of sweetness and espresso aftertaste. The finish on this cigar is quite nice and lingers. Draw and smoke volume are good, but the smoke could be thicker. The flavor is very smooth with no spice. There are occasional hints of coffee and herbal tones. The aroma is very nice and rich, sweet smelling with also some coffee. I’m really enjoying the aroma on this. The burn is straight and produces a solid med gray ash. My biggest distraction on this cigar is the lack of smoke volume. Satisfactory at best, I wish it was thicker. Enjoyable smoke, but is it worth the price. I’d smoke it again, but only if its cheaper.

 Review Notes: Smoked the first one when I was gifted 3 and was not impressed at all. Stored the other 2 for a little over a month and what a difference that made. Flavorful med body that was consistence with not much of a change. Enjoyed it very much.

 Review Notes: I won a box of these at an auction site, and got a pretty good deal on them. It's a good smoke, but I'm glad I didn't pay retail for them. They are tasty with a nice maduro flavor, but they seem to be very one dimensional to me. IMO, the Hemingway maduros are head and shoulders above these. If you can find them on the cheap, go for it, but don't pay MSRP.

 Review Notes: I just tried the #10 and previously smoked the #40. They are both nice and both had a great draw which is very important to me. However, I find this line to be too mild for my taste. I only smoke maduros or double maduros in non-cubans and I like a stronger smoke.
