Review Notes: Way too much power and spice and not enough flavor. the draw was EXTREMELY tight. I felt like I was trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose.

Review Notes: This smoke is as nice to look at as it is to smoke. Very high class with lots of smoke, perfect draw & burn. You can't go wrong with this one if you enjoy a good full bodied smoke. Worth the price when you can find

"HOLY Smoke"

Review Notes: Yes, it must be "holy" to be so awesome. Remember, this is the EXACT SAME wrapper being used on the very hard to find "Opus X" line. With that said, what an incredible smoke from start to finish. I bought a box and every one has been a consistent masterpiece! Nicley wrapped, box pressed cigar had a perfect draw and burned evenly for the most part, letting out a white ploom of smoke after each puff. Full-bodied, incredibly rich and complex with a smoothness only seen in top-of-the-line stoagies. Many little subtleties and nuances hit my palate from the beginning right on up to the end with many woody undertones prevailing. This really reminds me of the Cuban Cohiba "Siglo VI," only not as expensive and a bit more mature in its taste. The Bucanero Belicoso Classico was similar as well.

"Broken my cigar rut"

Review Notes: Could it really be true that I have broken my cigar rut and found a new favorite? The construction was just like I like, soft compliant cigar, effortless draw and dead even burn. Snow white ash that tennacaiously held on till the last. Like all cigars with Dominican tobacco the smoke very fragrant with hits of vanilla. Flavor was round and full bodied with good strong peppery bite and light aftertaste indicative of a perfectly aged and refined cigar. I will smoke another one to confirm my hopes that I have broken my cigar rut.

"Very average"

Review Notes: This cigar has been in the humidor for a while, I was really eager to smoke it. At the end of the day, a pretty average experience. A very dull flavor, just of burned leafs (not very flattering, I believe), good combustion and that's it. Not to be totally dismissed, but there are dozen of other cigars (even dominican) which are far far better. The worst (to me ) Ashton yet, other were very good to excellent.
