Review Notes:Beautiful box.Excellent Presentation in glass tubes. well constructed, and consistent.Nice even draw on all.Nice even burn.Held a nice white ash.Overall nice medium bodied cigar. The Astral GRV not in the tubes are a complete waste of tobacco. So poorly rolled and constructed. They would make Phillies blunts a fine cigar

Review Notes:This is the 7x48 version and it is a terrible cigar. It looks great but burns and tastes awful. I bought a box on special and have smoked 5 of the 15 with no improvement. The box is worth more than the cigars.

Review Notes:Appearance and construction are nearly flawless; the 96 Connecticut wrapper is very smooth and has an excellet prelit aroma with notes of cedar, oak, leather and herbal sweetness. Sadly, all this potential fails to develop once the cigar is lit: while the draw and burn are perfect, the flavor is mild and one-dimensional (oak dominates) with no depth or complexity. The finish is smooth, but the oak notes start to annoy and make the aftertaste a little bitter after a while. There are many other mild cigars that are tastier, equally (if not more) smooth, and a lot cheaper (Creme de Jamaica comes to mind). Given the hype, advertising, and price, this is a disappointing cigar.
