Review Notes:I'm a fan of Astral cigars strictly because they are good morning smokes. They fit the fresh palate very well. This one is light in the hand with a wide open draw producing abundant amounts of smoke. It burns straight and produces a loose ash that will hold for about an inch. It has a nice bite for an Astral, the body is mild-med with creamy, cedary, nutty flavors. Pick these up at auction cheap. You can't go wrong.

Review Notes:With humidor time, I hoped to see what the others here were seeing with this cigar. I'm always on the lookout for a cheap, but good cigar. This is STILL not it. The flavor smooth a little bit to an average smoothness, but the construction suffered and just could not handle an even burn for long. I could hardly enjoy this cigar because I spent so much time trimming and re-touching. Too much work for too little payoff.

Review Notes:I can't believe that I only paid what I did for this cigar. Consistency is the operative word. Smooth, lean and a real delight.

Review Notes:I thought that reserve tobacco was set aside for some good reason like high quality or extra aging, but this was a poor cigar flavor wise and I just wasted 5 bucks. It looked and burned like a 5 dollar stogie, but tasted like wet grass and what I can only imagine would be dog poo.
