Review Notes: I've come to the conclusion, after smoking about ten of the Phoenix, that this cigar is not real consistent. This one is much better than the one I rated over a year a go. It was flavorful and complex. No major problems with burn or looks. While not a first line smoke, you get a good stick a little over 50% of the time.

 Review Notes: For a value priced smoke this is quite good. I was amazed to see that the wrappers were as flawless as the pictures in the site ads. I didn't find them as mild as others did. It has a nice woody flavor, nothing complex but definitely enjoyable. The construction on the 5 i won were excellent. Firm, no veins, no soft spots.

 Review Notes: Too much age on this mild smoke. I gave some to an older friend that smokes mild cigars and he is very happy so it all worked out. The flavor and body were so light I couldn't hardly tell I was smoking.

 Review Notes: The first Phoenix I had was very good, however the next five were very average. I'm done with this bird, I just hope it doesn't rise from the ashes. Average taste, average looks, and below average construction. Spend your time and your money elsewhere.

 Review Notes: Only a first thing in the a.m. smoke for me. Time has mellowed this smoke to the brink. I need to finish what I have right away before they lose any more body or flavor. Should you happen to buy these, smoke them within the first year.
