Review Notes:I have always liked this cigar, even back when they were still made in Costa Rica and the manufacturing inconsistency prompted Tony Borhani to move production to Nicaragua. The consistency is much improved at the new factory. The blend of tobacco in this cigar is quite good, a strong flavorful smoke that I keep in my regular rotation. I agree with the other reviewers who recommend aging this cigar. The maduro version is also very good.

Review Notes:Won 2 boxes on auction and was a little disappointed with them so far.I've only tried 1 so I'll repost in a few months giving them time in the humi. Burn wasn't too bad ,had to correct a couple of times. Flavor and aroma were appealing with some nuances that I just can't put my finger on? Nice!

Review Notes:Full bodied and nicely pressed cigar. Tightly rolled with a beautiful Ecuadorian wrapper. Not cheap if bought individually but I am considering buying a box of 20 for around $110.

Review Notes:This cigar started out medium and toasty, with good flavor. It turned a bit spicy and developed fairly strong dark coffee flavors, but was a bit tart/funky if left for more than about 15-20 seconds between puffs. Overall a very good cigar, good burn and good quality. For the $7 there are other better ones out there (Padron 1964).
