Review Notes: A fantastic Maduro. Well constructed, smooth draw, and many complex notes from leather, to coffee, to nutmeg. I was very impressed with this cigar.

 Review Notes: This stick had a solid construction and the wrapper had some veins to it. The cap cut with ease and left no end trails. The draw was tight yet gave way to a nice pre-lit taste. The foot lit even and held a solid white ash. The taste was on the medium side with notes of earth and leather on the finish. A solid cigar to have in any humi.

 Review Notes: It's too bad Tony has choosen to dilute the cigar line. The maduro red label used to be the flagship smoke prior to the gold line being released. The Vintage, Blu Line, etc can cause one to loose focus on this original maduro gangster. (OMG) This, along with the La Perla Habana Original (Not the rojo or cobre) were your only options for an affordable, flavorfull smoke during a time when Conn. Shade mild cigars dominated the market. You know back when Macanudo regin supreme at the local shops. (Yuck!) Anyhow, I must say that when you age the maduro line, they produce the industries most captivating chalk white ash. Aesthetically speaking, the rustic dark wrapper is the perfect back drop for a wonderful smoking experience. This cigar is dominated by mega earthy flavors with some hints of coffee. The Gigantes might be a better bang for your buck, but these robustos are better on time.

 Review Notes: The gigante smokes better than than the robusto but nevertheless, the ash and draw are to die for when you let em sit! Initial spice hints that mellows to earthy undertones. Rustic/Veiny wrapper. At this size it packs some flavor!

 Review Notes: This onw as young, just as I like them. Smooth, creamy taste, long voluptous white ash - can only imagine how fine the taste when she ages a bit. Rated it more on how it is now rather than the higher score it will have with proper aging...
