Review Notes:18 months more age, and now I want to get another box to put away for a couple years. What a transformation!! A real throat burner when young, these have morphed into a smooth, rich, spicy, full-bodied smoke!
Review Notes:Bahia Trinidad, purchased nov 2006. This is a nice looking belicoso with a dark slightly rosado colored oily wrapper. There are some veins, but they don't distract from the attractiveness of this cigar. The prelight aroma is a bit musty and nothing to write home about.
Draw is good but smoke volume is just fair. The prelight draw provided just a subtle hint of spice. Overall the flavor is a spicy woodiness with a nice lingering finish.
This cigar has a nice balance to it. Not too strong, with a nice touch of spice, wood and a subtle hint of a sweet\sour flavor (not quite as prominent as a VSG) but just a subtle hint.
The cigar burned fairly straight and produced a slightly flakey medium grey ash. The cigar did hit a few soft spots along the way, which distracted from the overall construction, but was nothing too serious.
The aroma of this smoke is extremely pleasant. Whispers of spice, cedar and subtle sweetness, without a stinging quality. Very enjoyable.
Although I like the color and signature on the band, it looks a bit too wide. The bottom section with the Handmade in Nicaragua, could be cut off and make the band all the more attractive. (A minor point) but asthetics are important to me with a cigar. I do like the visual aspect as well as the flavor.
Overall I found this smoke very enjoyable, with an acceptable price point. I prefered this to the Deseo, but maybe not quite as much as the Blu (although its a close call and probably would depend on my mood).

Review Notes:Got a box of these, and they burned horribly, never even, wouldn't stay lit. Flavor wasn't too noticible when I did get them going. Needs more time in the box?

Review Notes:When I first got a box of these they burned poorly and harsh...........yuck!! I left them alone thinking they would be good to give to my enemies. One year later it is like the ugly caterpillar turned into a butterfly!!

Review Notes:A beautiful oily, dark rosado wrapper with a nicely finished cap. Sexy. Supple to the touch. A nice aroma with an average light. The flavor was nice, but a little light with minimal aftertaste. Very good construction with a firm, white ash. A great
