Review Notes: Dark, oily, and veiny, this is a solid, rugged-looking cigar with a leathery feel; these also come in a glass tube and they don't look any prettier. While it has a decent draw, it has an uneven burn that gets better with corrections, but it tends to go out, especially after an ashing. Medium in strength, it has chocoate and nutty flavors that get progressively more creamy, but there's also an underlying charry, bitter taste that obscures the other flavors. Perhaps it need more aging. I liked the slightly fatter toro version better.

Review Notes: I've been on the smoke shops around here to get some Bolivars in b/c I've been wanting to try one for some time now, but wanted to see one in person before buying. My prayers were answered last week. When I saw the dark maduro wrapper in the tube I thought it was too good to be true for the price; oily, rich, and beatifully constructed. Once lit, the draw, burn, complexities and tasty finish made this a top 5 smoke of the year on my "Best Smoke for the Buck" list. Like the other other guys said, if you can find some grab it. Don't hesitate to buy a couple or a even a box. Enjoy.

Review Notes: If you can find them, buy'em. Not sure why these were discontinued. Great Medium Bodied, full flavored cigar. This is not for the Macanudo smoker, nor is it a knock you on your arse cigar. If you like some complexity, find one, and smoke it. You then can say " I remember when".

Review Notes: Good cigar, I don't think they are in production anymore. Have some age on them. Somewhat complex. This is not the Fuerte, I like these better
