Review Notes:
This is fine for someone just getting into cigars, but it just didnt have a lot of flavor to suit my taste. If you are into mild cigars, give it a shot, it is an otherwise fine cigar.

Review Notes:
Don't bother. Tight draw and watery taste can't be made up for by the very nice aroma. Burn was near perfect, only requiring one minor touch. If you like the Gold blend, go with the maduro for much more flavor.

Review Notes:
Aesthetically impressive: smooth wrapper, no discolorations, just minor veins, packed tightly with tobacco and no stems in the foot. Excellent construction, easy draw with lots of smoke from both ends and a straight burn. The CAO website says “smooth buttery flavor laced with vanilla, cream and nutmeg.” I’ll give them the buttery flavor, and the finish did have hints of cream. But for the most part, this was a one-dimensional stick. Pleasant, but no complexity to speak of. No vanilla, no nutmeg. To its credit, it was an extremely consistent cigar: just toasty nuts from ignition to nub. Short finish, definitely mild in strength but rather medium in body.

Review Notes:
Not Bad, but certainly not the best of the line. I enjoyed the CAO Gold Robusto much more. This is still an above average cigar that is great for those times where you want mild but also flavor. The buttery-vanilla taste of this line comes through, though not as in the robusto. The burn and draw are CAO excellent and because it's so pretty, you're proud to show this stick off as you sport around town. It's also a very good companion to an adult beverage, if you are so inclined.

Review Notes:
I get these at the local shop down the road and these are a nice mild smoke. Most of these sticks burn consistently but some do canoe a bit at times. Mild taste with hints of cream, caramel & spice and sometimes leaves a itch to the throat. The binder is nice with very few flaws or veins. I would NOT recommend this cigar to people who enjoy a medium or higher bodied cigar, but if you enjoy mild cigars like I do from time to time or looking for a good starter cigar and then CAO Gold would be a good choice.
