Review Notes:
"This one will need a generous cut"... words from the gent behind the counter at my local cigar-smokery, channeling the spirit of his dead uncle the Mohel. Like other CAO’s, it is tightly wrapped, and you may have to labor a bit for the first few draws. I was so-so on the CAO L'Anniversaire, and this double Maduro restored my faith in the product. Spice up front, and sweeter toward the end, with a nice medium burn. It was during this smoke that I was told by the shop-keeper that the scent of any cigar magically changes from charming to disgusting the moment a woman makes the transition from girlfriend to wife. If you are about to be married, get one of these and enjoy it quickly.

Review Notes:
draw was tight, had to puff hard to keep it going.. flavor was good, i think. From having to puff hard i believed caused some overheat which gave it some harshness. i cant understand why some people say that their new cigars "need time in the humidor". In my opinion, for the money paid it should be well smokable right from the store.

Review Notes:
CAO has been one of my favorite for some time. Saw this one and picked it up right away. It was very good, not the best CAO, but very good. Rich and smooth, with some bite to the smoke, but a clean finish.

Review Notes:
I admit, I smoked this before I should have. but it still turned out quite well. flavor was complex and changed throughout the smoke. Not as smooth as the original maduro, but i dont think thats what they were aiming at. construction was perfect as was the burn. this was a strong cigar...i smoked a serie R right after this and barely even noticed it. my only complaint was that a few puffs in the middle tasted very young...but otherwise very good. some humi time will do tihs cigar well.

Review Notes:
This cigar has an appealing dark wrapper and excellent construction. The flavor, however, isn't terribly complex. There's a little bit of a charcoal aftertaste, it's not as smooth as the CAO Maduro. Nevertheless, the flavor is decent, and I wouldn't be opposed to smoking another.
