"Didn't like it"

Review Notes: It started out promising with a nice, slightly floral flavor over general Dominican character, but turned metallic after about 3/4 of an inch. Alcohol-ish flavors also came out; it was somewhat like the cigar had been dipped in mouthwash. I tossed it after smoking about 2/3 of it. The construction, ash and burn on this stick were very good though.

"An enjoyable smoke"

Review Notes: First off, I am a newbie.......I have only been smoking for about a month now, but this cigar was very enjoyable. For me, not as nice as a Padron 1964 Principe or Arturo Fuente Rothschilde, but nonetheless very enjoyable. Good Appearance, with a solid construction. Slightly uneven burn, with a light draw. Not a whole bunch of flavor, but a smooth smoke. Git you some!!!!!!

"Smoke slowly"

Review Notes: This short cigar is almost completely covered by its two bands so it's a good thing they peel off easily. It has an excellent draw and burn. You have to take your time with these as they can smoke a bit hot if you go too fast. It has a balanced mix of leather, coffee, and licorice flavors. For the size it seems it should be a $3 or $4 smoke rather than a $5 smoke, but a decent value since I got these as part of the recent Cuesta-Rey promo.

Review Notes: This one had a nice draw and burn, and was a 30 minute smoke. It was smooth a woodsy taste. For $5 a pop it's a little overpriced.

Review Notes: Bring the price down a buck and you got one of the best cigars on the market. Sweet, fragrant...here's a story- I smoked this one after work on a 30 minute commute. I was supposed to help an old friend move some furniture in my truck, so we met at his grandmother's house. I wasn't done my cigar when she came to the door, so I politely offered to stand on the stoop and finish it. She invited me in with the cigar. She said it reminded her of the ones that her father used to smoke when she was little and asked me if it was a cuban. I laughed, cuz I don't really get cubans regularly, unfortunately...But she said it was one of the best cigars she ever smelled and practically begged me to finish it right there in the kitchen while she did some dishes. Hey, those old folks know a good thing when they see it (or smell it.)
