Review Notes: this cigar had great flavors when i first lit it and threw about the first 3rd of the cigar, but after that it was no better then average. THe draw was perfect but the burn was a little uneven. A very eligant looking cigar, but overall a slight bit over average.

Review Notes: For this price range, this is a good choice...different then your run of the mill $5 maduro, and that's what appeals to me. This is not going to blow your socks off, or make you want to go out and buy a box, but it is a good well-rounded maduro with it's own style, which is a rare thing to find for $5. The draw is on the tight side and a poker is sometimes required....but I'd take it over a sancho panza with good draw anyday.

Review Notes: A dark, beautiful cigar, that looked rich and delicious. However, looks can be deceiving. As you light the cigar, you become impresed with the dark cocoa, expresso, and cherry-wood flavors that engage the palate. However, the draw was extremely difficult. So much, that I never got to experience those flavors as much as I would have liked to. About 2/3's of the way through, the draw loosened up, but, I was greeted by a bitter, nasty taste, and I put the cigar down with 1/3 left to smoke. I will certainly try again, but my first impression was a strong one, certainly of disappointment. If I could have enjoyed the original flavors that greeted me, I may had been convinced to have a new favorite cigar.

Review Notes: This is the affordable cigar I go to when I need one I can count on to deliver a good flavor and burn. Unbelievable price is even better at auction. The best value of my favorite cigars. One of ten boxes I keep on hand. Great with a big coffee.
