Review Notes:
I'm a General Cigar Co. maduro smoker (Partagas Black Label). Bought a bundle of these for a gift and they came with a sampler, so I got to sample this robusto.
For a milder cigar, I think this is a great smoke. It's not a long, slow smoke, but I have smoked several from the bundle and have not been disappointed.

Review Notes:
Granted I am new to this lifestyle, I've had a few brands of cigar thanks to a sampler and I've found a few I really like. The Cusano Cuban is towards the top of that list no matter the size.
As others have said, it's a little spicy for the first quarter inch, it turns into a very rich taste after that. I've smoked them pretty regularly for the last couple of months and have only had one's appearance to be less than stellar.
Living in Western NY, I have to suffer the highest tobacco taxes in the nation so I've been paying $4 a stick for these at my local cigar shop. I just found an online store that has them (surprising that more don't carry them) so other than next day shipping, I'm getting them for ~$2 each. (Yippee!)
The construction is always consistently good, the dark wrapper adds a sultry taste to the near-medium body and complements the rest of this very smooth experience. It has presented a very easy draw on every single stick.
Although some of the reviews have poo-poo'd this one, I firmly believe it is a very good cigar (even at $4). I've yet to try the rest of the Cusano line but from what I've seen, it's significantly more expensive than these little gems and I'll wait until my palate is a little more experienced.

Review Notes:
I liked Cusano's other inital/letter cigars better. The C1, MC, and P1 were just a bit tastier. This cigar burned well and the draw was fine. It also had a lot of creases, veins and blemishes in the wrapper, that were less than attractive. For the price a decent cigar, but I know I can spend my money better else were even if it's with a Cusano MC.

Review Notes:
A nice little stick, nice construction and easy draw. Burned a little fast but smoke was mostly smooth and never harsh. Price is right for $2.00 but not worth any more than that.

Review Notes:
A first rate solid cigar in my ledger. I was looking for a mild looking smoke in my humi to light up in the morning after I took the office job home for the day and set it up on the back patio in the shade. The CC had been in the cedar for nine months, one that I picked up for $2.60 in New Hamp last summer. Burn was perfect, smoke scent delirious, flavor smacked of toasted nuts with a layer of spiced cream. The air was calm and the robins and doves were flitting about, the job was smooth sailing and the Cusano kept it up right down to the nub. Nice cigar.
