Review Notes:
The appearance of this smoke was excellent, near perfect. The oily wrapper had almost no imperfections, and the torpedo tip was perfectly rounded off. It cut easily, and lit somewhat easily. It was full bodied from the first, and held that power throughout. The draw was extremely tight at first, so I cut it a little more, and it loosened up. I had to do the same thing about half way through, I think the nicotine/tar concentrates down the torpedo tip and chokes the draw. This cigar had a full spicy tobacco flavor, with some woody notes. Near the end it became minty, almost menthol. The burn was very uneven, and needed correcting several times. Also, the cigar began to fall apart near the end, with the wrapper splitting away from the binder. Enjoyable, a finger burner, and is very relaxing (may make you a bit dizzy!). However, this is a full bodied smoke, and some may deem it harsh, so watch out.
