"A Good Solid Buy for a Mild Bundle..."

Review Notes: This cigar has a lot going for it. First, the Cusano M1 Cafe Robusto. A bundle of the Cusano M1 Cafe Robusto has 20 cigars in it for $20, so your paying $1 per smoke. GREAT PRICE! The smoke is not that complex, however, that does not mean the smoke is not overall enjoyable. The cigar really stays at the mild range throughout the duration of the smoke. I would say the flavor profile isn't too harsh, but as someone said above, you get a nutty woodsy flavor. Although, by the last 3rd of the M1 Cafe Robusto starts to have some spice to it, but is still generally mild. The cigar at this point starts to turn more and more hot to the touch as it is smoked closer to the foot, Overall an enjoyable smoke that lasts between 30-4 minutes. The only bad thing about the cigar is that the cigar band on a majority of the M1 Cafe Robustos is very hard to take off do to the fact of how much glue was used when Cusano put the label on. If you want to have some quick 30-45 mild smokes lying around, very afforable smokes, and trust the name Cusano like I do, you can't go wrong with the Cusano M1 Cafe Robusto!

Review Notes: Not bad. I thought it would have been worse. Good flavour LOTS of smoke for something small and i think i'll buy a few more. Alright burn, good draw but did get a little hot.

"Better than expected"

Review Notes: Being wary of bundled cigars I was cautious of this brand even though the quality looked good and I was familiar with some of Cusano's other products. I Picked up the smallest and cheapest Cafe Robusto just to be careful. Turns out I could have bought one of the bigger sizes and would have been happier. This thing definately compares to the much more expensive Macanudo. The flavor is one-dimentional, but its a good dimention, and is virtually devoid of the bad aftertaste I find in many Macs. I find it mild and creamy, with nutty taste and a unique woody aftertaste that is actually quite delightful. The cigar itself was a little loose, but it never fell apart, but it did get a little squishy. I also had a small complaint about how much glue they used to keep the band on, it seemed like it leaked out all over the wrapper leaf after the band was pressed on. But these complaints are very small compared to the big value you get with the Cusano M1.

Review Notes: This blows away a Mac Ascot, if you like those, you gotta get some of these! Good draw, burn, construction with no bad aftertaste
