Review Notes:
This is beauty. The pre-light aroma is marvelous. Flawless construction. Draws well with a slight nutty, caramel flavor. Even burn. Not for every day, but for those special days when you have two hours....

Review Notes:
Very good smoke with excellent flavor and good burn. Though I liked the cigar, didn't have as strong a like as recent reviewers. It was also a bit pricey at $20 a stick.

Review Notes:
This cigar was tightly packed and like a brik.Draw was perfect and the smoke was thick and hearty, almost chewy.
The flavors were complex and frequent changes in complexity like an opus is why I enjoyed it.
As for the value,it's the exact same cigar as an Opus x but the wrapper is an aged special beauty from the Oliva farm.
I don't feel the price is right but with the over hyped opus going as high as $45 in some states and shops, you can always count on grabbing the DC for MSRP everywhere.
Overall experiance was a pleasure for a special smoke.Sit back, relax, take your time,in a meditative like fashion...become one with the cigar, your surroundings, and all 5 senses and trust me,you will enjoy it.

Review Notes:
There are different cigars, with different depth, complexity, etc., but I don't believe there is, or ever was a better cigar. I'm not sure there is a magical cigar experience. At the end of the day they're all cigars. My benchmarks are MC No 2 (Cuba)., and R e J Churchill. I like the DC better than either because it draws better than any R e J Churchill (Cuba), and it is far more consistent than the MC2. If I am going to spend more for a change it's going to be a Davidoff RR. I will admit that the DC is not a strong smoke, but it does grow in complexity, and it doesn't turn, right down to the band.
