Review Notes: Appearance was nice, and pre-light aroma was faint, but straightforward tobacco leaf. When I cut the cap, it started to unravel, and I was able to do a little surgery to keep it from taking a chunk of the wrapper with it. Draw was very loose; more than I prefer. The burn was even and the ash throughout the duration of the cigar was a light gray. Now to the flavor. It started off with a bit of a creaminess and some white pepper. After that for the first 3/4 of an inch, it took on a more vegetal flavor, almost that of celery. It stayed this way through the remainder of the cigar. So, flavor-wise, it was completely boring and did absolutely nothing for me. I didn't enjoy the cigar, so much as I got through it. I expect taste and construction (it went out with an inch and a half left and could not stay lit after) like this to be something found in a bargain $.99 smoke. I don't remember what I paid for this, but as it is a Dunhill signature, I'm safe in assuming it probably wasn't too cheap. Final thoughts: you don't get a bang for the buck on this, and I have been finding a lot of Dunhill's offerings to be sub-par in relation to their cost. I am definitely not a fan of this stick.

"Twas okay."

Review Notes: This is a cigar Iíve been reading about for a while, but never actually bought or got around to trying, so I figured what the heck, todayís a good day. It wasnít a tremendously attractive cigar with a rough looking wrapper, and its bland band presentation and when I lit it up and took the first puff I thought I wasnít going to like the cigar at all, but it turned around. The ash was grey and flakey and not real sturdy, which caused me to ash it more that I normally like too. The draw was just a little loose, but the smoke was thin, and it didnít match the draw at all. The burn was even throughout the entire smoke. The flavor profile in this cigar was pretty great. The first third was grassy with floral hints and some honey undertones. Toward the middle third it became more of a grassy/woody core, which eventually faded into an all woody core, with a good mix of white pepper and the original honey undertones. I didnít smoke much of the last third of the cigar, because the flavors became quite bland and then it went out on me. It was definitely a medium bodied smoke, and would pair nicely with hot tea. This cigar was different than a lot of the cigars I smoke, and would have been better had it not had as many construction flaws. Iíd smoke another one someday, but not for twelve bucks!

"Smooth"

Review Notes: A very nice medium-full bodied smoke. The draw was a tad tight, and it started out a bit dry, but it blossomed into quite a little firecracker towards the end. Flavours included cedar, coffee, and pepper. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
