Review Notes: Complaints about a one-dollar cigar must be taken lightly. This is not a consistent cigar (I've thrown out a few that were too tight) nor does it smoke like a Monte No. 2, but it's one of the best cheap smokes out there if you're after a mild, sweetish yard gar. This is the corojo version, which interestingly tastes nothing like corojo -- in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if this wrapper had a little bethune bath before rolling... but in any case it's not the maduro version. The wrapper is oily and actually pretty attractive. It smokes easy and most of them burn well. Bottom line: it's a cheap, decent, light-bodied cigar with a sweet caramel aroma, short finish, little aftertaste, and oh yeah, in case I didn't mention it, it's cheap.

Review Notes: I have smoked fire before, from the tip of a torch welder. This does not smoke like that! This smokes like wonderful, like the stuff my grandma grew and smoked from her backyard in the 60's. Same sweet aroma, with a much better burn. I don't have to pass this one around to all my relatives, like grandma had us do with her cigs she rolled. Much impressed with this cigar. Fire, no, but good smoke that luv you long time. the end

Review Notes: The corojo is a good, all-around cigar with a slighty sweet, earthy flavor (the best I can describe it). Burn was pretty average as was the draw, and a decent ash held on the cigar. Pertty much an average cigar, but with a fairly good flavor. Some of the maduros have burn problems, mainly due to construction - stick with the shorter sizes on these. Nice appearance up front, all around good value for a cigar. Definately recommend.

Review Notes: I was given this from a friend at work and it was very nice. Light to medium in body, but I could not keep more then a half of an inch of ash. I did enjoy it.
