Review Notes: The particular piece I bought was plugged, the usual problem with small sized cubans.I cut it and smoked half of it with a an improved draw. Some floral flavors seemed to be there,i cannot really tell.Perhaps a good cigar for the price if it had not been plugged.

"Ugly but good"

Review Notes: This petit corona came sheathed in coarse tissue paper bound by a regal gold and red band. The covering slid right off revealing a pretty, dark brown, chocolaty wrapper that felt like velvet. The wrapper had a slight oblong hole in it just past halfway, and was ragged at the foot. There was a noticeable square press, and the cap was interesting; it was rough and flopped over the head. The Zino took the cap off clean and there was a nice sweet yet earthy pre light taste signature to the Habano tobacco and a good medium draw. Upon lighting a burst of bakers chocolate leaped out and then quickly settled into a good light bodied and mild flavor. The smoke came slowly, sometimes requiring two or three puffs to come out. The ash was dark gray with a tight pattern and tapped off cleanly every inch or so. A slightly ragged burn was never distracting, but the squeezably soft cigar was too springy after lighting and a pronounced flat spot appeared near the foot. Enjoyed outside on a crisp fall day the Fonseca had a nice clean finish that stayed smooth and fresh until the halfway point where a slight sourness developed. That soon burned off, however, and the the final half of the cigar yielded a building flavor gaining in strength until the final inch which was solid yummy Habanos. The aroma was light and sweet and carried well on the autumn breeze. Overall this was a nice cigar for early in the day. The light body and decent flavor were lovely and not overpowering. Except for the construction issues the hole in the wrapper, softness, ugly cap, and a lot of scraps to spit this was a very nice cigar. Recommended.

Review Notes: I wasn't expecting much from these "cheapies" but they surpassed all of my expectations hands down. Solid construction and burn followed by a medium-full bodied taste with a rich and nutty complexity that is especially nice with a glass of Blanton's Bourbon. Just awesome for the money, this little fella' just can't be beat for the low price. Having smoked a box already they have become a staple in my humidor.

Review Notes: I smoked this after a Siglo I. I enjoyed this one as much as the Siglo I at 1/2 the price. I good consistant smoke and I didn't want to put this down! Some uneven burn, but probably my fault. Medium bodied with earthy/choclate/spicy hints.
