Review Notes:
My first two Cosacos were from a sampler. Couldn't believe how good they were, so I bought 20 more. Medium to full, with great balance of wood and spice. Flavor changes as you go, but always phenomenal. I love Rocky Patel sticks, but the Fonseca Habana Seleccion Cosacos might be my all time favorite. I prefer toro size cigars, but the Cosacos (robusto) is so good, I don't care. No draw or construction issues so far. Never dissapoints, especially with 18 year old Islay SM Scotch.

Review Notes:
Ive read in reviews here and in tasting notes in catalogs that this cigar has cinnamon like flavors. In its first third, there is a touch of cinnamon sticks, not the processed spicy sense of it but, rather, the woodsy cinnamon stick aroma. At about the halfway point, the cigar looses any noticeable flavor or aroma and becomes quite boring for my tastes. However, the smoke is very smooth and cool burning even for a fast smoker. The last third picks up a toasty peppery hint but overall the cigar remains on the mild side of medium bodied. In terms of nicotine strength, there is hardly any to be noticed. Coming from a smoker who enjoys full bodied cigars, I would recommend this cigar for someone in the mood for a mild cigar with plenty of flavor. There were construction issues though. The draw was tighter than I usually prefer. Also, the cigar has a very weak cap. It may appear as though the cigar has multiple caps but trimming off only the slightest amount of it caused the wrapper to begin to unravel. So take off as little as possible. Over all an enjoyable cigar.

Review Notes:
Smoked this a few days ago to remember my old dog, Oscar, who died a year ago and the Cosacos was our last cigar together. I plan to make it a yearly tradition as the dog and the cigar are memorable. The cigar wasn't quite as tasty as it was a year ago, but the construction was better. I smoked it in a canoe with a novice "rockman," and we had a little spill. Took a lot of flak from my buddies who remarked that I still had the lit cigar in my mouth as we swam through the rapids. Oscar would have liked that. Truth is that this cigar, like the dog, is very hard to part with.

Review Notes:
You can't beat this cigar for the price. It's medium bodied, with flavors of cinnamon and pepper. I've smoked a few, and I've had no construction issues. The smoke was aromatic, and the draw was good. Not much to complain about

Review Notes:
This is not strong, but it's got plenty of flavor packed into a medium body. Cedary, toasty, and touched with some sweetness on the finish. It's a criollo with the heart of a fine corojo. Great performer too. Jaded palates may find it "too mild." More's the pity.
