Review Notes: A well made, good burning, easy drawing cigar that is better than anything out there in this price range. It's actually better (imho) than many out there that cost twice as much. A smooth smoke with hints of carmel and cedar. An excellent morning cigar, but great anytime. Not complex, but medium-mild with plenty of flavor and compare favorably with Rocky Patel's Connecticut. During my 40+ years of cigar smoking I have yet to find a cigar this good at this price.

Review Notes: surprise, surprise, there's no cigar store on base. i worked at 3 cigar stores before the army so ive got some knowlege with many name brands but gispert is one i havent tried out yet. when ordering some stuff online i wanted a cheaper short fat type cigar and i ran across gispert and for the price it was worth a try. what i wanted was a darker stronger cigar in a nub (i forgot about the name brand 'nub' when i was ordering) and i soon found out i didnt find what i was looking for... oh well. nights out here arent very harsh, especially when you're used to the heat. the smoke pit is the picnick tables out front of our living area and also doubles as the social spot, so i was sitting out there with friends from my unit and other units and some interpreters that are all nice and friendly, plus somebody was out there with their grill fired up so the atmosphere was great. when i lit it up it had a dark burned taste to it but ive endured that problem a few times so i dont blame the cigar until i get an inch into it. what i found was a smooth light taste afterwards and a decent aroma. i personally like the higher end medium to full bodied cigars but i cant talk bad about a really good $2 cigar. if you like mild cigars, there's no reason not to go for it

Review Notes: Good looking cigar, nice and firm, good construction. One larger vein on an otherwise flawless light wrapper. Cut nice and lit easy. Very easy draw. Not a lot of flavor in this cigar, but that is nice sometimes. A woodsy flavor, a bit light burning leaves that stayed very constant from start to finish. Only once was there any hint of harshness. Very smooth, clean tobacco taste. Smoke was nice, practiced making smoke rings. Only held about an inch of ash max, ash flaked a little when it was ready to drop. Nice dark burn line that contrasted the light cigar body nicely. About halfway had a little uneven burn around the vein, took only one quick touchup and no problems after that. I think this would go well with some chocolate malt balls to give it a bit more flavor. Nice easy relaxing cigar overall though. Not bad at all for 2.50!

Review Notes: i wasn't sure what to expect with this cigar, but figured, what the heck. The overall look was light and clean. Construction was nice, but not spectacular. Smoke was light and mild ... didn't really diminish throughout the smoke. All in all, this was an excellent smoke for the afternoon.

Review Notes: what can i say, the words are hard to find. this is one of the best cigars i have smoked. yes it is mild, who cares! this cigar is great,smooth to the end, burns even all the way to the nub. this cigar is so good i almost burned my fingers off. great flavor, nutty and creamy. holy cow! i think i found a friend for the long haul.
