Review Notes: Wow. The reviews on this cigar could not be more correct. The construction of this cigar is wonderful. The only construction flaw that I could find was the burn was very uneven at times. This is my one and only complaint for this cigar and in no way took away from the experience. The flavor is excellent and competes well with a Pardon, one of my favorites. Tastes of cedar, espresso,s light dark chocolate and leather were noted. One of my biggest frustration with cigars is the bitterness that can build on the finish. This cigar ended the way it started- extremely well and consistent. I would highly recommend this cigar. The only trouble I had was trying to find someone in STL that sells these. I could only get these over the internet, but trust me, a big Pardon fan, these are wonderful and much better than most cigars at 2 and 3 times the price. I paid $4, a super, super deal.

Review Notes: It's like finding a tobacco treasure. All the marketing and hoopla of the major brands usually leave me disappointed and broke. Not the GHGR it's a wonderfully complex (cinnamon, leather, wood, cedar) and bold with a full body. Definitely an after dinner smoke. I wish I could keep these all to myself but everyone who enjoys a full, flavorful smokes needs this one in the box.

It was almost like eating/smelling barbecue sauce, but the taste was muted on the back of my tongue, not bitter. I would smoke this again and again...
