Review Notes: Very poor burn. Kept going out, and having difficulty relighting it several times increased bitterness. I liked the expresso much better.

"A great Graycliff"

Review Notes: A great smoke, volumes of tasty smoke. Right up there with my other Graycliff favorite, the Professionale PG. I'll be loving these, a mazo of 18 and 10 free Professionale PG's. Only downside is the labels that take up so much space and seem glued to the wrapper at one point.

"Great balance of strength and flavor"

Review Notes: Have been gathering quite a collection of these from trades and random samplers I've won on auction but had yet to actually smoke one. Well, today was the day. Not the prettiest looking cigar out there. Wrapper was bumpy looking with a couple of prominent veins running through it. Cap looked like it had been applied then an additional piece of wrapper had been hastily slapped on top for no reason. Still cut just fine with a punch though. Flavors were espresso and dark chocolate one top of a solid earth/tobacco core. After the 1/2 way point spiciness began to show on the finish and stayed until the end of the smoke. This little guy packs a punch and should definitely be smoked with some food in your belly. Draw was a little loose but I still got tons of smoke on every draw. Burn was a little uneven but not bad. Did need a correction. For the short size of the cigar it was still an hour long smoke. Overall, this cigar was great, plain and simple. Very full bodied but still smooth and flavorful. Definitely recommended.

"Powerful little bugger!!"

Review Notes: Cignut's review was totally correct. This little guy packs some strength. The dark wrapper did have some veins, but this didn't take away from a perfect draw. The burn started out slightly uneven, but quickly fixed itself without requiring any touchups. Flavors of cocoa and espresso were definately in there with some cream and spice. Full flavored from start to finish. A pure pleasure after a good meal. Highly recommend this one!!

"Now we're talking!"

Review Notes: Ok, I dinged the espresso PG robusto and it was deserving (see review). But, this double espresso is a totally different cigar...definitely not made by the same rollers. Nicely filled and good construction. The only down side is that the wrapper has a lot of veins. Still a tad loose but makes for an easy draw, which is a good thing due to the large gauge. This is one fiesty little firecracker! Started off with lots of spice and earth but mellowed as it smoked. Hints of espresso and dark chocolate flavors along with solid tobacco flavor. Burn was a little uneven and required a few touch ups but didn't take away from the enjoyment. This is a full-tilt cigar - full bodied and full strength. Not as strong as a Camacho coyolar, but still a powerhouse. I smoke a lot of full bodied cigars and this gave me a good buzz...definitely one for after a meal. Looking forward to smoking more of these. Glad I got an 18 ct. bdl...woohoo! I don't think any Graycliff is worth the price they retail for but if you can get them at a good price (as I have), they are a winner!
