"A crisp, enjoyable smoke..."

Review Notes: I smoked this outside on a somewhat windy day, but the burn stayed even throughout. The wrapper was a little bumpy and thin. Ash was long and greyish. Draw was excellent. I will have to rate this one again b/c the flavor eluded me. It had a crisp flavor, mild to medium bodied. Some light wood flavors and peppary spices. Finish was not that long, but pleasant. There was definitely a unique flavor that I can't quite put my finger on. I have a few more sleeping and will rate this one again with and hopefully get a more specific flavor profile. Definitely not worth the MSRP, but then again I think many premium cigars are over-valued. I will rate value on the $6.25 I paid on c-bid.

Review Notes: I went to the Graycliff Hotel and Humidor this past Friday (02/17/06). You are welcomed into the "rolling" room where you can watch them hand role the cigars. Quite the experience....as for the cigar, I found it quite good. apperance and draw were perfect.

Review Notes: Smoking this thing was a waste of time. Although, I did not wait an hour plus before I put it out. There is no other way to say, but that the taste was bad. The construction was decent and the draw was fairly smooth, but that taste. I got this in a sample pack, and won't be buying any of these things.

Review Notes: What some people seem to forget is that this smoke originates from the exclusive "Graycliff" hotel in Nassau, Bahamas. When was the last time you went to the Venetian in Las Vegas or the Ritz Carlton in Bali and paid less than ten dollars for a quality herf? This is a quality smoke that is exponentially enhanced by its setting. This is definitely an atmosphere cigar. Would I drop fifteen dollars at the Graycliff? I most certainly would, and I probably would if I wanted to try and relive that night I smoked it. However if it were on the top shelf next to a Ashton VSG or an Opus at the local smoke shop, I'd have to go with the later two. With that said...nice medium body with full flavor. Toffee and black coffee on the long finish. Nice white ash and perfect draw. The wrapper itself began to unravel halfway through.

"Laughably Overrated"

Review Notes: At nearly $15 a throw this is the most overrated cigar to date that I have smoked. The Montecristo White and the Trinidad (DR) are 2 and 3 on my overrated list respectively. Wrapper was shiny but veiny and coarsley rolled like the torc. was in a hurry. Prelight aroma was ok. She started spicy..went to wood...and contunued in a mundane spicy wood flavor that left me wanting. No creaminess, no depth to these flavors. Draw and construction were top notch producing easy gobs of smoke. This was a complete waste of an hour and 20 minutes of my life. Thank god I nabbed a 5 packer for like 6.50 a stick on c-bid. If I had paid $15, after smoking this, I would have started the car and sucked on the tailpipe.
