Review Notes: I personally love the Brazillian wrapper cigars, and this one didnt disapoint me. A very flavorable gigar with good draw and good constuction. I think a very good smoke, but somewhat overpriced!

Review Notes: what a disappointment. I have smoked quite a few Gurkhas over the years. Some have been pretty good, others mediocre, some horribly poor. This is one of them. Poor that is. Years ago, to be honest, I fell for the flashy label and snazzy packaging. I had a problem with the prices that at local shops was astronomical. But for the most part they were acceptabel cigars. Then I discovered a certain website where you can get them much much cheaper, more reasonable. I tried a handfull of these "Warriors". They were horrible. Acrid, harsh, worthless garbage. The Regent line is OK but only if you can pay around five or six dollars a stick. That is all they are worth IMHO. The Expedition line is OK too for about four bucks a stick. Sadly, it seems that Gurkha is more interested in flashy bands, packaging and "macho" names than they are in making a truly great cigar. Buy carefully.

Review Notes: I got this cigar out of a box pass, and it's been resting in the humi for a couple months, so I thought I'd light it up and read a book. No complaints whatsoever. It burned a little unevenly, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. The taste and aroma were pleasant, the draw was nice, and no consruction issues. It was a long smoke, but it didn't get boring. I would definitely smoke one again.

Review Notes: Bought one of these as everyone I know loves 'em. Kinda rough construction (that doesn't bother me) but well built, and no draw problems. Lit and burned excellent, and lots of smoke. Flavor reminiscient of Indian Tabac Super Furte with a stronger spicy undertone - having a pronounced sweet maduro taste. Beautiful white ash that held on very well. All in all, not a bad cigar, but not something that suits my perticular tastes. I'd recommend it.

Review Notes: My friend, who has been a cigar snob for as long as I can remember bought me one of these, telling me it was a great smoke for the money and one of his favorite. Seemed a bit harsh. About half-way through the stick I felt like tossing it in the garbage. Since I've learned of internet resources for finding good cigars, I have found many other, better cigars for the price.
