Review Notes: i smoked this cigar in a cold garage with my laptop watching reno 911! when i was about 3/4 of the way through the internet went down so i decided to quit smoking it so i said one more puff then im done, but i just couldnt quit, i would tell my self this is gonna be the last drag but after each taste i kept wanting more, so i smoked it till the very end, i didnt pay anywhere near the msrp though and although this cigar is great its not worth anywhere near that in my opinion

Review Notes: Bought quite a few of these back in August on Cbid and only had a few upon arrival. They were quite good to begin with, but after six months of rest all I can say is WOW! I still have three 5 packs sitting and will continue to let them do so. I just smoked one after dinner and had to sit down after to write this review. It starts out quite strong, but then mellows down to a medium after about an inch or two. Great taste, great look, great burn, and a wonderful after taste. I will be enjoying it for at least another hour. Too expensive to buy at a smoke shop, but great deals can be had on Cbid. I will be grabbing as many of these as I can in the future.

Review Notes: Great stick. I picked a 5er up from cbid for about 15 including shipping based on reviews. When I got these in the mail I had forgotten about them so I was not too excited about them. I smoked my first one a couple of days ago and am working on the second one right now. To me, this seems to be a mild-medium smoke which is a nice change as I usually smoke on the full side of medium. The taste is exactly like the title says, like butter. This is perhaps the single smoothest cigar I have ever smoked. I tasted notes of cedar, chocolate, and cream. The flavor could have been a little stronger in my opinion, but maybe that is the compromise in exchange for smoothness. Ash was a beautiful light gray which held on for about an inch and a half. A pleasant surprise was the construction. Most of the Gurkah brands I have smoked have been wildly inconsistant, the nepalese warrior especially. This burned like a champ with no major touch ups required. As a broke college student, I would never buy these at MSRP, but for what they can be found for on cbid they are a must try.

Review Notes: although i will agree that AVO is overpriced (and so is the Gurkah), the AVO#2 remains just as smooth but BETTER than the Gurkha Symphony. I will say this though: the Gurkha smoke smooth and crisp right down to the nub. Typical subtle flavor of a mild-medium cigar and decent construction. Yet again, the AVO beets the Gurkha in the construction area as well.

Review Notes: Up until now I had only had the Ghurka Symphony and it quickly replaced the Avo #2 in my humi. I got a great price ($15 for 3) on C-Bid for the Legend Box Press and let them hang in the humi for over one month. When I got around to smoking one I was blown away. It was full of tobacco/almond/cocoa flavor and smoked like a champ all the way through. Smooth draw built up to a power, yet pleasant finish (nub). Whether you're a top spender or bargain seeker I highly recommend this gem. They look and smoke beautifully the whole way through.
