Review Notes: The taste on the dozen or so of these has been smooth, earthy, and a bit coffee on the finish. Great construction/burn. Can be expensive, but occasionally less than 4 bucks on auction.

Review Notes: First Gurkha, and I wasn't that impressed...the cigar itself is a fine-looking box pressed with a fairly dry wrapper. Had an earthy pre-cut flavor, and a straight tobacco taste on a pre-light draw. After being lit, I thought the cigar tasted a bit weedy and even caught hints of ammonia early on. It got a bit smoother as time went on, but then the burn went bad and the cigar began to run. After smoking about 2/3rds of it I laid it to rest...won't be apt to spend the asking price on these when there are so many better ones in this price range.

Review Notes: Interesting is the best thing I can say for this cigar. I can't identify the flavors or why I would not search this one out. If they were cheap and I couldn't find anything better I would smoke them, but they're not and I can.

Review Notes: This cigar is the most balanced cigar I''ve had to date. Pre light, it was spicy on the tongue. The box press is rounded lending itself to a traditional cigar appearance. Then when you light it the aroma is wood/caramel and to die for! There are undertones of cherry to balance out the wood notes. The whole time I thought to myself this is the exemplar of a cigar.
