Review Notes: Had a couple of these in my humi for about 6 months. For folks having issues with them, put them away for a while and let them rest. You will probably be surprised by the results. It is as good as most Gurkhas I have smoked. It is a little tight, but It lit well, had a nice appearance, had a nice ash, even burn, and a good draw.

Review Notes: I just received two 5 packs from Cbid and tried one out. I guess I got lucky because it was a very nice smoke. Perfect draw burned evenly and tasted great just like I would expect from a Gurkha. Lets hope the other 9 are as good.

Review Notes: This cigar had terrible draw and then after about an inch into the cigar the wrapper began pealing apart from the ash end. Gurkhas are ok but this has been my last straw with this over priced brand. Also these cigars don't run about $4 like it says above but about $8-$10.

Review Notes: This review is for the Presidente (7”x52). Beautiful dark wrapper with really interesting band artwork. This is certainly a pretty cigar! The draw is very firm, and it is a bit tough to get this puppy’s burn going. Once it works up, the burn tends to be uneven and requires the occasional touch-up. As for the flavor…Well, it’s a little lacking. There’s a bit of earthiness and some toastiness but these are faint. About 2 inches in the toastiness becomes more pronounced, but it’s still relatively weak. Shameful for a maduro! The finish is woody with a hint of cinnamon. About halfway in, a weird, unpleasant bitterness set in and I put it out with 3 inches remaining. The bottom line: pretty, but devoid of flavor with an iffy construction. At least it was cheap: $3.14. I won’t be buying any more of these.
