Review Notes: Nothing great, overpriced for an average stick.

Review Notes: Well ... there is either an inconsistancy ... or an improvement with age. Out of the same box as the last one I smoked, but 10 1/2 months later. Very nice complexity of flavors. A bounty of fruit, nuts, and toasty bread. Still not worth the $250 price per box being asked on some web sites. If a 5-pack can be had for around 15 bucks, or a box available for around $120 or so, it may be worth the investment. The fancy, humidor quality box, make for a better value with a box purchase.

Review Notes: Bought a box on closeout for $115 a few months ago, glad I didn't pay more. Plus points for a 40 count, and a very nice humidor packaging. Nice appearance, excellent roll and draw. A very one dimensional, but good straight forward tobacco flavor, no complexity. They are selling for around $240 on most sites. Don't pay more than half that. I have had robustos in the past that were a bit better, so there is either inconsistancy, or maybe these will improve with age. I see 5 packs on auction for $10-$15, might be worth a try at that price. However, I find nothing special about these, and would not go out of my way to acquire any.

Review Notes: I was gifted with 2 of these, and they couldn't have been more different. The first took on an odor/flavor of chlorine about an inch deep, I tried to stick with it but it never got any better. The second was a nice although mild smoke, with earthy and coffee flavors. Glad I tried the second one to see that they could be decent.

Review Notes: Brought 2 out of my humidor last night and had mixed results. The draw was outstanding, taste was average. My outer wrapper started to unravel after 10 minutes and the cigar turned to crap at that point. I'll stick with my Monte's.
