Review Notes: I was totally shocked by just how great a cigar this was. I usually smoke fuller bodied sticks but have always been curious about Cameroon cigars. How pleasantly surprised I was when I picked this beauty up. It is "warpped" in a cedar strip and looks great. I clipped the edge, toasted away and then took several puffs. I expected a stronger taste but really loved how smooth the flavor was from the very first draw, which was perfect BTW. The cigar just got better and better as it made its way down and the smoke and aroma were also very nice. There wasn't any harshness to the cigar as I smoked it, sometimes they either go one way or the other but this was extremely consistent all the way through. I literally burned my fingers having smoked it down to the knub. Highly recommneded.

Review Notes: Agree with the previous couple of reviews. Very mild for the first half then developed more flavors toward the end. Excellent construction and burn. No relights or touchups needed. Draw was fairly tight also but got better as it went. Decent morning gar with coffee but a little too light for me.

Review Notes: I bought this cigar on a recommendation. This is a well built cigar. Leathery with hints of wood. Very light on flavor. I tend to smoke something with more flavor after a good meal, and something very light in the afternoon. This is an afternoon cigar for me. I agree with the reviewer who says that how the cigar is rated depends on what you pay for it. I paid about $5 for this stick and for this stick that is a good price.

Review Notes: Construction was good but the band was used to hide a flaw in the well veined wrapper. Plenty of smoke but little in the way of flavor. Strong leather with a bit of cedar flavor, but very light on the palate... almost as if half of the taste was left out. The draw was just right and the ash held well, in fact I only ashed it three times over the entire smoke. Just above average unless you can get them at a less than $5 price.

Review Notes: So I had a nice Perdomo cameroon the other day, and maybe I'm comparing too much here, but this was a very average smoke. Appearance was fine- attractive packaging and good looking wrapper, however the cedar lining coverd a tear in the wrapper. Construction was ok: the burn was a bit off, but the draw was good. Flavor is where I had some problems though: this was so bland. The guy at my smoke shop told me he really enjoyed these and that they used to be all he smoked. I wasn't totally sold on it, but I bought one to give it a shot. Anyway it was mostly leathery woody flavors, but very subdued. There were notes of spice- paprika maybe?- and an occasional faint hint of vanilla or creaminess. On the whole, VERY bland. I kept thinking, "who smokes these?!" All I could come up with is that they must have huge company bashes where they sell boxes to the mostly drunk employees. Value: Had this been $2 I'd be fine with it, but when I can buy Padrons, Toranos, Romeos, even Griffin's for what I paid I just don't think it's a good buy. I see a few reviews here rating these higher then I will, so maybe I'll try another sometime. Unfortunately, it will be sometime untill I try one again though.
