Review Notes: This is what a Maduro wrapper should taste like, chocolaty with coffee undertones, yummy. A very dark wrapper with some const. issues, the burn is a little uneven and the ash is a bit flakey. Past reviewers say aging helps,but I go through them before that can ever happen. I think if you surounded a chocolate candy bar with this wrapper it could not taste any better. For around $2.00 to $3.00 a cigar, it is tough to beat. This is a really well rounded Maduro (no pun intended since this is a square pressed cigar.)

Review Notes: These cigars are really good for the price. They do have some burn issues, though. However, a little aging helps out. The flavors hold a dominant chocolate flavor with some leather notes and earthiness. A little aging develops these flavors nicely. Overall, for the money these are a winner.

Review Notes: I bought a box of these off of cbid and paid less than 2 bucks a cigar, after smoke almost the first layer I can say this is my go to stick and will always have these on hand. Beautiful box pressed maduro wrapper without any prominent veins. Great chewy leather flavor without much pepper. Have had a few with burn issues and one that was almost plugged but for the price it can't be beat!

Review Notes: I'm usually a medium to mild cigar smoker. Most of what I smoke would be considered medium. My father loves these dark maduros and has been trying to get me to try one for a year. Got one in a ci sampler. Without aging it at all it was great in my opinion. For a full bodied smoke, I loved it. Left me with a chocolatey aftertaste. Hints of wood as well. Want to put one in the humi for about a year and see how it is.
