Review Notes:
The first two thirds of this was lovely, but the flavor went south in the last third. Normally that would make me hate a cigar, but despite that I still loved this stick. Strong cocoa flavors throughout. Smoked it on an empty stomach with no issues. Maybe I have an iron stomach? Slight pleasant headbuzz acompanied the smoke. Burn was pretty good. Draw could be tight at times, but not so bad as to be a nuisance.

Review Notes:
Buy a box of these. A fantastic smoke. Very strong and full-bodied. A lot of strong flavor here. It smacks of wood and earth. Also an almost licorice type flavor takes over after the second half starts. Spicy zesty tobacco taste throughout the whole smoke. Store it at a lower humidity (any criollo, corojo or ligero) and it will burn and taste better. An incredible smoke for an incredible price.

Review Notes:
A great stick - full-flavored and full-bodied. Also note: powerful, though it sneaks up on you. Very earthy smoke aroma, with a fine balance between earthy/leathery and woody flavors; a smattering of sweet maduro in there as a barely noticible player. I can't emphisize enough how well the flavors work with one another to create an outstanding smoking experience. Virtually no harshness/bitterness with this stick, which is kind of surprising considering the type of tobacco used.
I had some minor problems with burn consistency, though it did not really detract from the experience. It actually gave me a buzz, which is something I haven't had in a long time with a cigar. I must admit, however, it snuck up on me, and actually made me somewhat sick not long after (no hurling, thank God). Indeed, this is not a cigar for the inexperienced or timid. I can't imagine what might have happened had I not eaten earlier. So, if you're not into going blind from a smoke, I'd suggest one of the shorter sticks.
Long, slow burn with a tight, silver ash. Altogether: beautiful and worth the money.

Review Notes:
I was expecting a strong tasting cigar- it didn't seem particularly strong in the mouth but it was in in the belly-- the first quarter or so I really felt the strength in my stomach- quite potent- eat before you smoke. Took my time- over 2 hours- I left it alone, did some chores- it burned out- lit it again etc. Had I smoked it in one sitting, not letting it burn out it would have probably been too much for me- good flavor. firm draw.
