Review Notes:
An excellent large format cigar, with a ring gauge so big it is tough to light evenly. However, after the slightly harsh start (first 1/4") similar to the other Joyos, this cigar settled down to the standard medium/full Nicaraguan flavors. The stock tone of earthiness with overtones of spice, toasty bits and some coffee/cocoa makes for a really nice, and looooong-lasting smoke. The burn was very slightly irregular with one little section refusing to burn normally, but no bitterness to speak of. I burned it down pretty far, and it was lightly but pleasantly buzzworthy. Not the best cigar I have had, but a very good one and a good value.

Review Notes:
I purchased this cigar based on looks alone. Wow, this thing glared at me from across the humidor and spoke with authority. Very nice looking cigar, box, and ring. Overall, great presentation. Construction seemed to be all there too. Great wrapper, stout look, and few veins keyed me in that this was going to be good. The draw was great throughout the entire experience along with a nice stiff ash of decent quality. Not a "cloud maker" but it did deliver a good quantity of flavorful smoke with each puff. Nothing extraordinary, but it didn't have any bitterness or ammonia taste associated with cheaper young cigars. The burn was dead even down the whole way. Value was right on par with the delivery. Definitely a "go-to" cigar when the budget is strapped and you're not in the mood for a head trip.

Review Notes:
What a great looking cigar, interesting vitola, firm, well rolled, prelight draw interesting. I have had a few of these and look forward to the experience each time. Very nice aroma from the cigar, the taste starts medium robust, some spice, some licorice, some wood. As it burns things get more interesting.

Review Notes:
I have a Cigar Shop in Barcelona and I am surprised how I am selling this cigar (also the Belicoso size).
I think that Nicaragua can take a lot sales to Cuba in the next years due to the high quality cigars thay are making with Cuban seeds.
