Review Notes: Pre light had fabulous taste - SPICY. Spice faded after lighting but came back with a vengeance about 1/2 way through. Draw perfect, burn good. 1 re-light needed. Beautiful color with some veins. Essences of earth and cedar but last 1/3 was worthless. Harsh & unsmokable. Still a decent value though I overpaid for a single.

Review Notes: I was told that this was a very strong cigar, and was not disappointed. Beware that you'll get a nicotine buzz from this one. It has excellent flavor!

Review Notes: I got a box of these and plowed through 10 real fast so I bought another box to put in the humi. Since then I have purchased a rather large humi that I have a tendency to forget about certain smokes. I found the box I got almost 2 years ago and popped these open and they are great. Still tons of it's original strength with much more smooth flavors. Cocoa and coffee are the main event with some earth and spice mixed in. I have gone through several boxes in between the 2 year old box and would highly recommend buying at least 2 boxes. One for immediate consumption and one for aging. Burn and ash are great as well.

"A wonderful slow smoke with power to burn."

Review Notes: Muchas Gracias to the makers of this powerhouse of a smoke. I am working my way though a box of these and they are wonderful. They look great to begin with, then you light up and experience a unique aroma that belies it's strength. I can't pin down the flavors, maybe something that has cocoa, coffee notes. I just don't know to describe this one but I love it. These burn slow and easy with a beautiful white ash. The finish is a mile long! But be warned it will sneak up on you. Don't try one of these on an empty stomach or if you don't have the time they deserve. I appreciate Padron 1964's (my all time favorite) Vintage Rocky Patel 1990's and Perdomo 2 Cameroon, but this one is right up there on my list of best cigars and for the money they really deliver.

"Smooth and flavorful"

Review Notes: The burn was a tad uneven at first, but corrected after 1/2 inch without any fussing. Same goes for the flavor - a tad uneven/ harsh with the peppery back-of-the-throat tingle that was too overpowering to be 'typical maduro', and less robusto than corona... yet the potency mellowed in 5 minutes or so to a wonderful freshly-cut-wood and grass flavor with sweet honey undertones. Smoke was just unbelievable - billowous, smooth, creamy, and almost white versus grey. The ash was a very tight salt and pepper. Aftertaste was sweet with a chocolatey flavor I still can't place - yet very VERY pleasant! I'm buying a box of these for the humi... second one of these (aged just 3 months in my humi) was even better than I remember the 1st, with mellower, smoother flavors.
