Review Notes:
As the subject says, it's a great cigar "as it is", but for the price, few come close to this. Flavors I got were primarily rich earthy, coffee, and bittersweet- cocoa with a distinct nutty flavor and aroma on the finish of each puff. Not a maduro- sweet, at least to me, but it did have a nice tobacco-sweet. Great when you are short on time (and cash...) but want a satisfying, hearty smoke. Again, it's an 8 or 8.5 of 10 when I smoked it "cold" (blind tasting at the cigar club), but now that I know it retails for under 4 bucks a stick, it's bumped up to a 9 or higher out of 10. Just my 2 cents worth - see if you agree.

Review Notes:
Although small in size, it delivers big on flavor and overall satisfaction. Nice even burn and consistent throughout. Highly recommended.

Review Notes:
My ratings are based on the price of the cigar, but the review is based strictly on my smoking experience. Until I came across this stick, I felt like the 5 Vegas "A" Alpha and the Padron Maduro Delicias were the best lower priced cigars I had smoked. However, the La Aroma De Cuba Corona Minor just jumped over them! The 5 Vegas and the Padron are both very pleasant smokes, are smooth, and deliver some nice hints of chocolate/coffee. The Corona Minor is also smooth and has hints of expresso and dark chocolate, but has an added spiciness with a little bit of pepper. This adds to my enjoyment of the cigar, and I found myself "more interested" in the smoking experience. For reference, my favorite smokes are the Ashton VSG Illusion and the Padron 1964 Anniverary cigars, which are more than double the price. I would still prefer these, but price dictated finding some everyday cigars that I could light up without feeling guilty. Right now, the Corona Minor is at the top of the list.

Review Notes:
The wrapper has a rough but robust appearance, slightly toothy with lighter colored veins. The cap is applied well and the roll is solid. The basic flavor of this little stick is leather and its highlight is spice. It produces a nice volume of medium bodied smoke which has a slightly sweet tinge to it. The smoke has a nice smooth texture, and while the finish is spicy it’s not biting. Good construction. A solid PC if you favor Honduran flavors.

Review Notes:
This little guy was a powerhouse of flavor. Construction was fantastic, lot's of aromatic smoke, smooth draw. Extremely flavorful, from cocoa, espresso, leather and nutty finish. Price is right for a daily smoke. This is quite similar to the Padron 1964 Principe for less money. Great after dinner smoke when time is limited to be enjoyed with a fine tawny port or Pedro Ximenez.
