Review Notes:
A decent looking chap with a slightly oily wrapper. It starts up with the sweet and spicy aroma typical of good auld cameroon. Getting a deep whiff of this stuff is a sinus surprise, and it kept my nose tingling from start to finish. A very nice Cameroon that is a bit sharper than most, with a little pepper mixed in with the expected baking spices. The initial flavor is woody, somewhat dry, and the smoke texture is creamy smooth. After an inch or two the sharpness of the Cameroon is blended in with the rest of the cigar and the result is a pleasantly complex smoke. By the mid-point it becomes a little salty and there’s a tartness that vies with the Cameroon sweetness, creating an interesting balance. It reminds me of a really good glass of India Pale Ale — the hoppiness is aromatic, like the wrapper here, while the body of the beer is lip-smackingly astringent. If the proper balance can be achieved, as it is here, this is a killer combination. This is a fine smoke, but the price is not. A welcome treat, but a Torano 1916 robusto is nearly as good a cameroon at less than half the price.

Review Notes:
These folks have the $ and the patience to make a world class cigar. The Cameroon robusto is an example of that. Very well balanced, ti builds in strength; so the longer you take the smoke it, the better the experience. A bit creamy and woody, the cigar never lets the impression of one overtake another. Unlike a Fuente, the Cameroon wrapper is somewhat neutral. A Cuban wrapper on this cigar would be a real experience. Outstanding in every way.

Review Notes:
Not bad, good draw, the strength is in the mild to medium side, the taste is alright. Don't get me wrong, it taste good but has an obvious lack of complexity. Good value for $3 dollars, definitely not worth $6,5 dollars. Not bad though. Just pleasant.

Review Notes:
Although it's not a perfecto, this is still a beautiful and well-made cigar with a smooth, lightly oily and lightly toothy wrapper. Construction is top-notch as the burn is almost even and an excellent draw produces lots of sweet-smelling smoke. The cap is very well-done and the cigar stays firm throughout, never getting spongy. This medium-bodied smoke is woody and lightly spicy with hints of coffee. Very smooth and elegant. Tough at $10/stick, but at least it's cheaper than most other preferidos, and it's a good smoke.

Review Notes:
This cigar has a nice look and pre-smoke aroma. The cameroon wrapper is dark and oily. Draw was smooth, burned evenly. Flavors were more cocoa and expresso, got spicey midway but a little dry. Similar to a AF Don Carlos Belicoso. Heard these were limited, so bought a box, hopefully a little aging will do the trick.
