Review Notes: These are nice. An additional 7-8 months aging left me with one smooth, tasty cameroon wrapped stick. Top notch burn and draw. Probably not for the full crowd, but once aged and considering the price I definitely reccomend these to "medium's" for breakfast and "light's" for lunch-dinner. Nice. $4 for PP? Got this in a sampler "100 years ago". Don't expect these to be this good right out of the box!

Review Notes: Pretty good. Cant say it was anything special but it was a very nice smoke. Had good draw and burned great. Full of flavor. Probably one of the better sticks ive had for $2. Good cigar if your not looking to spend a lot.

"Decent Patio Smoke"

Review Notes: Burned this one up on the patio at the Cotton Bottoms with the wife’s family, other cigars, Hefe’s and Utah’s finest garlic cheeseburgers waiting in the wings. If you’ve ever skied Alta, I think you know where I’m at with this one. Burned straight and well. Stayed lit through a long absence when I was tracking down a waitress inside. (Maybe my mother-in-law took care of it for me? God bless her.) Ah, flavor, hm. Perhaps all the garlic wafting around in the air subdued this one. Can’t say I was impressed with it. But with all the good company around the experience was elevated …and praise the almighty, I was tasting garlic twelve hours later—not cigar. Mm-MM!

"Something wrong with me???"

Review Notes: Moderate veins in wrapper, solid cap construction, no soft spots. Was expecting better, smooth smoke. Instead I got bitter, firm draw. My wrapper split in two places after about 1 1/2 inches, then burn became uneven. I was underwhelmed.

"A fine afternoon smoke."

Review Notes: Short in the "looks" department but long in flavor, value and overall smoking experience. I agree with veteran reviewer ASHMMAN. The cameroon wrap added a nice "twangy" flavor to some solid dominican tobacco inside. They've got the combination down just right on these sticks. The flavor (which is really the important thing, right?) was a slightly sweet wood and earth with a hint of citrus. Nice tighty whitey ash with an impeccably solid draw. Unfortunately, I had wrapper problems as well. The wrapper split a third of the way in. Yet aside from the way she looked while smoking, the split took little away from the overall experience. It still burned and smoked fine. To me this was a light, medium bodied, after lunch type cigar with some flavorful personality to it that was a relaxing delight to smoke. Seems that reviewer Mike Cali must've got the bad stick in the box (Mike, always try to gently message your sticks before purchasing feeling for overly soft and hard spots...if you have the opportunity to) Merlyn may have confused this stick with something else as this La Aurora robusto has a CAMEROON not a maduro wrap. I shall enter $5 for PP$ 'cause this must have come to me in a sample pack. I don't remember buying this.
