Review Notes: I couldn't agree more with Kevin on these sticks! I think HARSH is the only word we need to use here. When we smoke a great cigar we should appreciate it while it lasts. I hope LGC can come through with the '03 blend again!

Review Notes: This was a very pleasant surprise. The presentation was great and it was very well constructed. The burn did get uneven a few times but it did correct itself. The flavor consisted of deep coffee and chocolate. It was slightly sweet with a mild spiciness for an aftertaste. The cigar started to get a little harsh around the half way point so I purged it and it was as good as new. The aroma was great and the smell lingered on my mustache for a couple hours after I smoked it. I find this a great value for a sub 6 dollar cigar. It was the first of the Series R that I have smoked. I also bought a 5 and look forward to that experience as well. I think I may have found a new go-to cigar.

Review Notes: loved this cigar back in '03 but not the same recently. must be a new crop. more metallic and harsh now. i keep buying, hoping i'm wrong but no luck. really miss the flavor

Review Notes: This is a beautiful cigar, the dark maduro is my favorite variety of cigar smokes. It's construction was remarkable in consideration of the price. It's flavor in the beginning was very nice, nice & strong. I drank a glass of water with it to savor the experience. It's finish was a little harsh for my taste and this is the only reason I gave it a 7. I don't know how Enersto Carillo continues to produce such remarkable products at such a low price. This cigar smoker intends to support his non-gouging policy. Great smoke

Review Notes: I had to smoke three before I could really believe how great this cigar was. Super silky smooth great flavor and along with my Padron 3000's ,they are now a part of my everyday rotation!
