Review Notes: Most noticable is that I had to keep relighting it, I seriously doubt that this has to do with the brand or construction, but it is the only stick in my humi that I have had to do that with for quite a while. The draw was VERY tight, which makes me wonder about the construction of this one. While it was lit, I really enjoyed the LGC maduro, very black wrapper made for a very nice dark maduro taste, but still very smooth. I have always enjoyed the natural LGCs, and this one is no different. A nice go-to cigar.

Review Notes: I really like these sticks. They're about as black as coal, smoke perfectly, draw nicely and taste like dark chocolate and spice.

Review Notes: I didn't hold my breath for this one thinking I'd be let down but it managed to surprise me. Sweet and spicy at the beginning and growing strength throughout. It never got harsh and never got overpowering. I loved it.

Cigar manufacturers that have been around for a long time may not come out with 3 new blends a year, but when they do release something new, it is usually solid gold if you like their established brands. Hey - there's a reason these companies have been in business for over 100 years...

Review Notes: I had a couple of beers with my friends the other night and as part of my save the Cubans in my humidor plan, I grabbed this maduro. I bought it about 18 months ago from my local shop, so I figured it would be ready to go. The flavor was nice. Leather and twangy tobacco flavors really stood out. It was great with the dark cold Guinness. The burn was also very nice. I didn't have to tend to it at all. I smoked about 3/4 of the gar before I ditched it. That being said, I think this is a good go to cigar to have when you don't want to burn through your premiums like the Ashtons, Padrons, Maduro 5's, D # 4's, or Siglo VI's. I give it an 88 out of 100.
