Review Notes: Enjoyed alot. It was only the second Perdomo I have ever had and once again it was just as good as the first. It is nice and tight. I will be lighting another one no doubt.

Review Notes: I have smoked more than a few perdomos from the bundles to the upscale, and these are my least favorite. They are smooth. They are cheap, but I just found the taste very boring all the way down.

Review Notes: like this baby. great figurado for the price. reliable taste that improved past the 1st inch. maybe a little too earthy for me, but the quality is there and judging by the other reviews, the flavor too. worth a try at this price. also, the draw was a little too loose (yes i know how to cut a figurado) but the burn was fantastic.

"I was impatient."

Review Notes: I just had to have another. I did and I was sorry I did. The previous one I smoked and loved had at least a year of box time. This one had about 2 weeks. I can only assume they need aging. I experienced everything exactly the same as in the review below except for one key element. Flavor. This cigar had none. It was completely bland. Maybe cardboard and air. My bad. Please indicate in your review how much box time you had on yours. If you get good flavors, I want to get an idea how long I must wait before I fire another. Just don't make the same mistake I did! Be patient. (Review Title below should read: No Retailing Gimmick)

"No retailing"

Review Notes: A heavy, tightly packed, and attractive pyramid. Draw was a bit tight but serviceable. Burn was slow and razor sharp. Very nice rich smooth flavors of cedar, earth, and light clove spice, within a slightly sweet tobacco base. This hit my palate just right. When I finished I wanted another. I found it mostly medium in body. Nice aftertaste. Very impressive for the $2.50 I paid. I am not sure if this stick was from the 5 pack I recently bought or the one well aged stick that's been in my box from a sampler for at least a year. I'm 70% sure it was the latter. If so, they sure do age well. Going into this I figured this would be another example of a sub quality, "gimmicky" cigar being specifically made by a reknown cigar maker (Perdomo) for a cigar retailer (CI) to hype, sell, and then profit from. I figured wrong. If the next few taste like the last one, I will buy a box. Very impressed with this.
