Review Notes: I would have to disagree with many of the characterizations of this cigar. I just finished smoking one after it was sitting in my humidor for about 7-8 months. I was pleasantly surprised by it. It was not strong at all-- I would say that it is a mild-medium smoke, probably leaning more to mild. The flavors were surprising. It took on a honeyed, light cinnamon profile. These notes were not strong, but they were there. Cedary is a term that I think is overused and misapplied. There are very few cigars that I feel have a "cedary" taste, but this one did. There was no harshness or burnt aftertaste whatsoever. There was an underlying sweetness to this cigar. It was very flavorful-- not bold, but flavorful--somewhat cubanesque, without the boldness. Maybe my difference of opinion has to do with my palate, the cigar's aging, and how I aged them. Now, the draw was somewhat tight and the cigar wasn't all that pretty to look at, but I will forgive that, Just focus on the value and the flavor, and you will see that you are getting more than your money's worth.

Review Notes: Appearance was nice: slight box press, toothy wrapper w/no veins. Stick felt solid in hand, the cap appeared flaky but cut cleanly. Prelight aroma was of tea and prelight taste was Red Man chewing tobacco. Smooth draw, no burn problems. The flavors seemed muted and this wasn't the typical maduro profile I expected--toasty wood, bread and mild spice around midstick. There *might* have been some cocoa, but it wasn't strong and left quickly. Medium body, mild/medium strength. Overall, not bad, but for about a dollar more I prefer the flavor of the Padron 2000 (M).

Review Notes: This cigar has had a ton of extra time in my humi, mostly because I forgot about the few I still had. I must say, that I am surprised I forgot this one. It is a nice cigar with a strong aroma that can overpower, but the flavor is nice. like natural tobacco and wood. Solid, simple..just great for a 2 dollar smoke.

Review Notes: The taste is super high end on these babies. Beautiful looking wrapper, smooth draw-- a little spice thrown in for measure. Overall, a fantastic cigar.

Review Notes: You can't beat these cigars for the money. Sure the construction can be a little iffy and the burn is not perfect, but the taste is there and that's the bottom line for me.
